Article from the newspaper "La Stampa", dated 03-05-2005.  Why does the Major seem to be worried about the works for the digging? Why does this article proclaim his innocence right before Buttiglione's visit? Why are these no worth archaeological findings drawn,measured and scheduled by archaeologists? Why all this hurry to destroy them before of an unconfortable visit? Two are the ways: A) Or our Major did everything properly B) Or he had something to hide It's anyway a bad story since damages done are no more recoverable.
